Western New England University Small Business Legal Clinic
About
The clinic provides legal services to entrepreneurs and small businesses in the greater Springfield area who are in the start-up phase and are unable to afford legal services. Generally, those with household incomes greater than $100,000 are not considered eligible for services.
The Clinic assists with choice of entity, employment policies, contract drafting, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property issues relating to trademark and copyright. The Clinic does not assist with business litigation, drafting business plans, developing loan packages, or preparing tax returns.
